Privacy Policy

• The App collects no personal data. All processing happens on your device.
• The Website uses privacy-first, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic. It does not identify you.
• We do not sell or share personal information, serve advertising, or track you across services.

LUTSgen processes your videos, images, and color data entirely on your device. Your media is never transmitted to us or to any third party by the App. The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technologies, no accounts, and no third-party data-collection SDKs. We do not receive app usage data from the App itself. Apple may provide us with aggregate, non-identifying App Store, sales, usage, and diagnostic information through Apple’s developer tools.

Your device settings, Apple services, iCloud, Photos, Files, backups, or other apps may sync or store your media independently of LUTSgen. This Policy describes what we collect and transmit, not how Apple or other services you choose may handle files on your device.

Downloads and purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store under Apple’s own privacy policy. We do not receive personally identifying purchase information; Apple may make available to us only aggregate, non-identifying sales and usage statistics.

When you visit the Website, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused tool that does not use cookies, does not use client-side state, and does not fingerprint or track individuals across sites. It collects only aggregate, non-identifying information such as page views, referring sites, general device/browser type, and approximate country. This information cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

The Website is delivered through Cloudflare’s content-delivery and security network. To serve and protect the Website, Cloudflare may process limited technical data, including IP addresses, for security, fraud prevention, and reliability. This processing is governed by Cloudflare’s privacy policy. The Website does not use cookies to track you.

We do not collect names, email addresses, or other personal information through the Website unless you voluntarily provide it.

If you contact us for support — for example, by opening an issue on our public GitHub support repository — we receive the information you choose to provide. Content you post on GitHub is public and is also processed by GitHub under its own privacy policy. Please do not include sensitive personal information in support requests.

We use support information only to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, improve the App, and maintain records of support activity. We retain support requests for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes unless deletion is requested and we are legally able to delete it.

We do not: store or transmit your media; require accounts; use advertising identifiers; sell or share personal information; or build user profiles.

LUTSgen is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will address it.

Our service providers (Apple, Cloudflare, and GitHub) operate globally and may process the limited technical data described above in countries other than your own, subject to those providers’ own safeguards and privacy policies.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over personal data relating to you, including to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because the App collects no personal data and the Website uses only aggregate, non-identifying analytics, we generally hold no information that identifies you.

• EEA/UK (GDPR / UK GDPR): Where limited technical data is processed by our providers to deliver, secure, and understand the Website, our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving it. You may object to such processing and complain to your local supervisory authority.
• Where applicable, including under California privacy laws, we do not sell or share personal information, do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit, and will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

The App stores your media only on your device; we retain no personal data about App users. Aggregate Website analytics are retained by Cloudflare for a limited period in non-identifying form.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information described in this Policy. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
